IF I'M INTERESTED IN LIVING AT CENTURY PARK PLAZA, WHAT'S MY FIRST STEP?

Find one that is for sale/rent and you'll need to contact the owner, realtor, or property manager who posted the advertisement directly. CPP is the management company for the property meaning that all units here are owned by different individuals and management companies. Leases and purchases of units are not processed through the office.

IF I AM  BUYING/LEASING A UNIT, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN THE OFFICE BEFORE MOVING IN?

The only thing you'll need to do through the office is fill out the registration form and reserve the elevator to move in items that are bigger than 2ft x 2ft x 2ft.

HOW DO I PAY FOR A CITATION?

The letter that came with the citation explains that Touchstone Properties will be sending the owner/property managers a coupon to send back to them. DO NOT BRING YOUR PAYMENT TO THE CPP OFFICE.

HOW COULD I GET A NEW KEY FOB/GATE REMOTE?

If you're an owner/property manager, all you need to bring with you is a picture I.D., a check/cashiers check/money order that's worth $50.00. If you're a tenant I'll need the previously listed items and an approval form filled out and signed by the property manager/owner of that unit.

HOW CAN I RENT ANOTHER PARKING STALL?

CPP Management Office does not handle any parking rentals. You can view private parking rental listings on P1, P2, and P3 in both towers. You may also call Pro Park at 808-971-7755 to see if they have any parking stalls for rent.
